THE HELEN DEEM CENTRE
This experiential play area provides Kindergarten children with a wide range of enriching experiences within a safe but stimulating environment. Reflective of the natural outdoor environment, children are exposed to a safe element of risk within the safety guidelines of supervised early childhood facilities. An almost exclusive NZ native plant palette combines with natural and sustainable materials, selected for their aesthetics, low impact value, and non-toxic properties. Reliant on fundraising, the kindergarten committee is managing the final stages of this project.
